Your pension accrual will cease when you leave employment. If you leave employment, your pension accrual will cease. It is important that you understand the consequences of leaving employment for your retirement pension, partner's pension and orphan's pension. You do not have to notify us yourself that you have left employment, we will be informed of this by Mars.
If you leave employment, you can take your accrued Mars pension with you to your new employer's pension plan. In that case, you will no longer have a pension with the Mars Pension Fund and therefore also no partner's and orphan's pension.
