How can I report the change of my account number?
Do you want to change the account number where you receive your pension benefits? Log in to MyMarsPension and change your account number directly under My Details. You will then receive your next pension benefit on your new account number.

How can I report my move abroad?
You can report this in My Details in MyMarsPension.
You do not have to report changes if you live in the Netherlands. Changes of address and marriage, death or divorce automatically reach us via the municipality. Therefore, you do not have to inform us of these changes.
You can report a different e-mail address in My Details in MyMarsPension.
Are you moving abroad or do you want to receive your mail at a different address? You can report this in My details.
Do you have a complaint?
We will do our best to help you as much as possible. But you may not be satisfied. You can call us on 088 015 79 20 from 09:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday.
If we cannot resolve the matter together, you can submit your complaint by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org stating:

- Your telephone number, so we can call you and obtain a full understanding of your complaint.
Your e-mail should clearly state that it concerns a complaint.
