Indexation as of January 1st, 2025

We aim to increase the pensions of the final pay plan every year (indexation). As per January, 1, 2025, the pensions of pensioners and deferred members of the final pay plan will be increased by 2.62%.

The right to be heard has been created in the new pension legislation (Wtp) for retirees, so that their interests are represented in the transition to the new pension system. According to the new pension legislation, pension funds must have transitioned to a new pension system by 1 January 2027/2028 at the latest.
