The right to be heard has been created in the new pension legislation (Wtp) for retirees, so that their interests are represented in the transition to the new pension system. According to the new pension legislation, pension funds must have transitioned to a new pension system by 1 January 2027/2028 at the latest.

In addition to the vacancy for member of the Accountability Council on behalf of the employees, Mars Pension Fund is now looking for a new candidate for the Accountability Council on behalf of pensioners. One candidate is available. Others can also apply as a candidate for this vacancy.

We aim to increase the pensions of the final pay plan every year (indexation). As per January, 1, 2024, the pensions of pensioners and deferred members of the final pay plan will be increased by 0.16%.
