The trust in Mars Pension Fund is high

More than 96% of the members who completed the survey have trust in the fund. The pension fund receives an average score of 8.6 and the fund's communication is assessed with a 7.9. Members rate the fund as reliable, thorough and professional. Where there is still room for improvement is that we can show even better how and why we do things. That is why we will invite the people behind the pension fund to tell you more about various topics the upcoming period.

Transparency about indexation is important

The members of Mars Pension Fund consider indexation an important subject. The survey shows that they would like more information about the indexation policy. That is why we will publish a number of articles on this subject this year. Some members also have questions about the funding ratios of the fund. We will therefore explain the development of the funding ratios in a monthly news item.

Members want more opportunities to ask personal questions

In general, the communication of Mars pension Fund is viewed positively. Members consider personal letters, the digital newsletter and the website to be the most important. Certain members would also like more opportunities to ask personal questions. The research shows that not all members are aware that they can reach the fund by telephone and e-mail. That is why we will be drawing more attention to these contact options in the upcoming period. In addition, we will repeat the pension training courses that we organized in April, later this year. During these training sessions there is also room to ask personal questions.

The interest in information about investing is growing

The survey shows that certain members would like to know more about how Mars Pension Fund invests. On our website you can find information about how we invest for your pension.
