To find out whether our communication is appreciated by you, it is good to do some research on this. That is why we asked members and pensioners to complete an online survey in June. Overall conclusion: we are on the right track!

Why a survey at all?

We think it is important to know how we can improve our communication tools. It is also important to know what you expect from us. Maybe we should do a lot more online. Or maybe not. Identifying these needs was another important goal.

How was the research conducted?

The research was done with an online survey. We had a response rate of over 20%. And that is an excellent result for such a survey. In the survey, we asked questions about various topics. First of all, it was about the fund in a general sense. From this we could measure your attitude towards our fund. But the survey mainly focused on the provision of communication and information.

What are the results?

Especially your general assessment of the fund is very good. Participants give it a score of 7.9 and pensioners 8.6. Participants and pensioners also rate the communication well, with scores of 7.2 and 7.9 respectively. What is striking is that no less than 90% indicate that they would like to communicate with the fund digitally. Especially when it comes to personal information.

As a fund, we see it as our responsibility to get you even more involved in one of the most important employment conditions: pension. The results help us gain insight into what we can do better and what you expect of us. Meeting these expectations, plus just a little more, is our goal!
