Voluntary employee contribution

Mars pays the contribution for the ARP plan. You decide the amount of your voluntary employee contribution to the ASP plan. Mars will then double your voluntary employee contribution.

The maximum amount paid in is the standard. If you move to a new age group, the amount you pay in will be automatically increased to the (maximum) contribution percentage applying to the new age group. If you choose a percentage yourself this will only change if you choose a new percentage.
