Our pension administrator has concluded that the start of Mars Pension Fund’s new pension plan as per January 1, 2027 is not feasible. Mars Pension Fund will set a new date and inform you accordingly.

Until now, we expected the new plan to start on January 1, 2027. In discussions with our pension administrator Blue Sky Group it became clear that the desired transition date of January 1, 2027, is not feasible. The administrator cannot meet this deadline because the preparations for the transition, as well as the scope of the process, are more extensive than previously anticipated.

The board of Mars Pension Fund states: “Our main goal is to ensure that the transition to the new pension plan is managed carefully and with minimal risk. Our administrator cannot guarantee this before January 1, 2027, so we have to postpone the transition.”

The pension fund is currently consulting with Blue Sky Group to determine the new date. We will of course inform you as soon as more details are available.
