Pension 123 Layer 2

If you are getting married, starting to cohabit or entering into a registered partnership (ARP/ASP)

If you get married or enter into a registered partnership, the municipality will notify us of your partner automatically

If you get married outside the Netherlands, we will not be notified automatically by the municipality. In this case, send us copies of the marriage certificate and your partner’s passport or identity card.

If you plan to live together without getting married, a partner's pension will not be arranged automatically. If you wish your partner to be eligible for a partner’s pension, you and your partner must meet certain conditions, such as entering into a cohabitation agreement. These conditions are stated in the pension plan rules. Notify us of your partner in any case without delay, using the Notify a Partner form.
