Associations of pensioners and associations of deferred members have a legal right to be heard (hoorrecht) so that they can make their voices heard

The Senate votes in favor of the Future Pensions Act. It is now up to the employer and social partners to make agreements about what the new pension scheme will look like.

On 22 December 2022, the House of Representatives voted by a majority in favour of the proposal for the Future Pensions Act.
