Harold van Heesch is Pension Board member of Mars Pension Fund since 2018 on behalf of the active members. He is available for a new term of 4 years as Pension Board member. The Pension Board of Mars Pension Fund is keen on keeping Harold as Pension Board member.

Why Harold van Heesch?

Harold is with Mars Veghel for over 29 year in total. As of 2011 he is working as process area operator semi-finished. He is member of the Works Council since 2014, he was chairman of the Reward Committee of the Works Council for 4 years, and since last year he is secretary of this committee. After 2 years as candidate Pension Board member and successful assessment by DNB Harold became Pension Board member in 2018. Since 2019 Harold is chairman of the ASP member group.

Who is Harold?

Harold is 57 years old. He originally joined Mars in 1985, stepped-out for 7 years, and is with Mars now for 29 years. Harold is married and has 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren of which the oldest is also working at Mars via Tempo Team. In his free time Harold is enjoying riding his race bike or Mtb and of course his grandchildren. He has always been a process operator because of his love for the profession of process technology. In search of additional challenge he became part of the MPF Talentpool through his activities in the Works Council. In the meanwhile Harold is already Board member for 4 years. Harold would love to take on another term of 4 years to work on high quality pensions for all members. With all the challenges ahead in coming years with the new pension legislation, Harold would like to make a success of this, together with all other groups with highly motivated people (Pension Board, Pension Office, Accountability Council and Supervisory Council).
