Our new pension plan is expected to take effect on January 1, 2027. The main changes were recently announced in the Transition Plan, which Mars and the Works Council delivered.

Which webinar is for me?
- Did you join Mars on or later than January 1, 2004? If so, you are a member in the ARP/ASP Plan. Choose the webnar on the ARP/ASP Plan.
- Were you employed by Mars before 2004? Then you accrued pension in the Final Pay Plan. Choose the webinar on the Final Pay Plan.
- Do you receive a pension? Choose the webinar for pensioners.
Please note: we cannot respond to personal situations or mention individual amounts during the webinar. Naturally, we will inform you more often in the run-up to the introduction of the new pension plan, during which we will be able to share in more and more detail what is changing.
