The new pension plan is on its way. That’s why it is important to start learning about your pension now and to know what will change for you. Are you having trouble figuring it out, or do you have a question? Then you can, of course, always contact your pension fund. Starting now, you can also turn to a Fron Runner from the pension fund right in the workplace. These are colleagues who will help you with your pension questions, direct you to the right information, and guide you through the steps needed to gain a better understanding of your pension.

What can you expect from a Front Runner?

Fron Runners aren’t pension specialists or advisors, but colleagues you can turn to at work with questions about your pension. They’ll get you started and show you what you can do on your own. For example, they can help you log in to MyMarsPension, explain how My planner works, put you in touch with a pension coach, or show you which information on the website is relevant to you. Of course, a Front Runner cannot answer all your questions about your pension. That is why Front Runners maintain close contact with the pension coaches at your pension fund. For questions about pension specifics, they will refer you to the right person or information.
