We are starting the new year with our new pension administrator, Blue Sky Group. This transition to a new administrator does not change anything about (the amount of) your pension. However, from now on we can be reached via a new phone number and e-mail address.
Arranging your pension is not something you have to do alone! Since 1 January, you can count on the guidance and help of our new pension coaches in making your retirement dream come true! ! You can reach them on working days between 8.30 a.m. and 5 p.m. at telephone number 088 015 79 20 or pensioenservice@marspensioen.nl.
Arrange your Mars pension quickly and easily
Since 1 January we have had a new simplified website. Go to www.marspensioen.nl/en to take a look or log in directly to MyMarsPension.
In MyMarsPension you can see not only how much pension you have accrued at Mars Pensioenfonds, but you can also find your personal (pension) details and all your pension mail in one digital file. You can notify changes such as a new e-mail address or a move abroad and upload and share documents with us in MyMarsPension. This way you can quickly and easily arrange your Mars Pension yourself.
Important: register your e-mail address!
From now on, we will mainly communicate with you digitally. This is better for the environment and it saves costs. To ensure that you do not miss any information from the pension fund, it is important that you register your e-mail address in My Details in MyMarsPension.
You will then receive e-mail notifications whenever there is pension mail for you in My Documents. Do you prefer paper mail? You can indicate this in 'communication preferences' in My Details in MyMarsPension. You will then receive your Mars Pensioenfonds mail both digitally and in your letterbox.
