In December 2015, the Talent Pool was established. The purpose of the Talent Pool is to prepare candidates for various roles within Mars Pension Fund. We have now received sufficient applications from the Veghel location. We are still looking for candidates for the Oud-Bijerland location.

Although we hope to receive more applications from OBL, the board of Mars Pensioenfonds is very pleased with the great interest. The Talent Pool now consists of six employees. Their training will start soon. The six employees are:

• Harold van Heesch: prospective member of the MPF board
  
   
• Paul van Bree: member of the Accountability Body on behalf of the employees
  
   
• Judith Vermeulen: aspiring member of the Accountability Body
  
   
• Arno Laurenssen: Talent Pool, preparing for possible future role within MPF
  
   
• Hugo de Graauw: Talent Pool, preparation for possible future role within MPF
  
   
• Marius Tielemans: Talent Pool, preparation for possible future role within MPF

Any objections?

Paul van Bree's appointment to the Accountability Body requires the approval of the employees. If you have any objections to the appointment, you can submit them to the Board of Mars Pension Fund until July 25, 2016.

Or send an email adressed to the board to pensioenservice@marspensioen.nl. 

The nomination will be withdrawn, if a majority of the employees object. If there is no objection, Paul will be appointed as a member of the Accountability Body.
