Temporary expansion of Accountability Body to six members
The board is accountable to the Accountability Body, in which participants, pensioners, and the employer are represented. Each group normally provides one member. In view of the extensive changes surrounding the new pension scheme, it has been decided to temporarily expand the body to six members, with two representatives per group. This makes it possible to represent both a participant from the old final pay plan and from the new MUP/MSP scheme.
Proposed reappointment of experienced member Eric van Deijck

Eric has completed the pension fund administrator-A training course and attended the Mars Pension Fund Academy. He has been a full member of the Accountability Body since 2022. Eric (64) joined Mars in 1986 and has held various international positions in Europe, India, and the United States.
